Agreement

Commission, Refund, and Payout Terms

1. AƯiliate Program Overview

Tactical One 24 oƯers an aƯiliate program through which approved aƯiliates may earn

commissions by referring customers who complete qualifying purchases. Participation in

the program is subject to the terms outlined in this AƯiliate Program Agreement.

2. Commission Structure

Approved aƯiliates are eligible to receive a commission equal to twenty-five percent (25%)

of all qualifying net sales generated through their approved aƯiliate referral method.

For purposes of this Agreement, “net sales” means the final sale amount actually received

by Tactical One 24 after deducting refunds, chargebacks, payment processing issues,

discounts, credits, taxes, shipping charges, and any other adjustments not retained as

revenue by Tactical One 24.

3. Refund Period and Commission Hold

Commissions are subject to a thirty (30) day hold period from the date of the customer’s

purchase. This hold period allows Tactical One 24 to confirm that the customer is satisfied

with the purchase and that there are no discrepancies, refunds, chargebacks, or payment

processing issues associated with the transaction.

Tactical One 24’s refund policy extends for thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. If a

refund, chargeback, payment issue, or other discrepancy occurs during this period, the

related sale may be excluded from commission eligibility or adjusted accordingly.

4. Payout Schedule

Eligible commissions are paid once per month. Commissions will be generated for payout

only after the thirty (30) day refund and review period has concluded and the applicable

sale has been confirmed as final.

AƯiliates must maintain an approved payout method on file in order to receive commission

payments. Tactical One 24 is not responsible for delayed payments resulting from

incomplete, inaccurate, or unapproved payout information provided by the aƯiliate.

5. Final Sales and Commission Eligibility

Once the thirty (30) day refund and discrepancy review period has concluded, all qualifying

sales are deemed final for commission purposes, and eligible commissions may be

scheduled for payout in accordance with the monthly payout cycle.

Tactical One 24 reserves the right to review, validate, adjust, or withhold commissions

where necessary to address refunds, chargebacks, payment disputes, suspected fraud,

policy violations, or other transaction discrepancies.

6. Confidentiality

The aƯiliate agrees to keep confidential and not disclose, share, reproduce, or use for any

purpose outside of participation in the Tactical One 24 AƯiliate Program any non-public

information received from Tactical One 24, including but not limited to commission details,

sales data, customer information, marketing strategies, business practices, payout

information, program materials, and any other proprietary or confidential information. This

obligation shall remain in eƯect during the aƯiliate’s participation in the program and after

termination of the aƯiliate relationship.

7. Termination

Tactical One 24 may suspend or terminate an aƯiliate’s participation in the AƯiliate

Program at any time, with or without notice, if the aƯiliate violates this Agreement, engages

in fraudulent or misleading activity, misrepresents Tactical One 24, violates applicable laws

or regulations, or otherwise acts in a manner that Tactical One 24 determines may harm its

business, reputation, customers, or program integrity. Upon termination, the aƯiliate must

immediately stop using Tactical One 24’s name, branding, marketing materials, aƯiliate

links, and any other program materials. Commissions earned before termination may

remain eligible for payout only if the related sales are valid, final, not subject to refund or

chargeback, and otherwise compliant with this Agreement.

8. AƯiliate Acknowledgment and Agreement

By signing below, the aƯiliate acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to

the terms and conditions of this Tactical One 24 AƯiliate Program Agreement. The aƯiliate

further acknowledges that commission eligibility, refund review periods, payout timing, and

approved payout requirements are governed by the terms stated in this Agreement.
